haven't seen that on any other cars before.
If you bought that car new and it was there from delivery it could be a GM or SLP marking.
However if you bought it used, it most likely is a GM recall campaign marking. Meaning a GM dealer fixed a recall on the car and that's the recall number to tell later mechanics not to do the same fix.
