Sorry if this is the wrong section but figured I'd give it a try here my brothers motor crapped out do any other ls motors go into the he dont have 4k to spend on anther aluminum 6.0 and I know other motors go for cheap he bought it as a DD so he is not worried about the most powerful option just likes the sound of a v8 when he's driving

I would think any LSx would bolt in, you might need to use some accessories off the TBSS motor.

If the car is in decent shape, I'd be worried about degrading its resale value w/ a non 6.0L replacement (LS7 excepted of course). I take it his can't be rebuilt?
