I’ve owed 2 Firebirds. First was a 2000 v6 I bought new. Second was a 1998 WS6 Formula (2005) Both silver. In 2002 when the Birds were on the way out. I remember seeing the the CETA i said that’s my car. Why? yellow is my favorite color. As dumb as it sounds I felt like they came up with this color combo just for me. I couldn’t afford one in 2002. It killed me. I got a deal on the formula in 2005 so I settled . But I sold it in 2007 after I got married. Lots of life has happened since Great wife two great kids. But I never gave up on the CETA. I searched all the time, but Ramping up the search in the past 4 years. This year I turned 40 This year, I said now or never. But you just can’t will “The Car” to come up for sale. I was a loon every day searching. I wasn’t looking for any I wanted as close to new/bone stock low miles as I could find. Trying to go back to 2002 and buy one off the showroom floor. I got a tip from a friend to check this one out in Kansas. 18k miles M6 TTop Bone Stock. After a month of talking to the owner. I pulled the trigger last week and the car showed up today. And Friends I couldn’t be happier!!!!!
