how to get collector plates Im wanting to get collector plates
that way i dont need a front plate nor ever have to do emmision testing (not that they have emission testing here though)
whats the best way to do this.
im going through numbers trying to see how rare my 6speed Transam is, navy blue metalic, i know its not super rare, but it was hard finding a 6 speed when i bought it.
