Hi, Im looking for 30th Anniversary Trans Am #1491. Ive found a car that Im interested in buying but it seems fake to me and this is the only place I knew to look because the #1491 isnt registered on the 30th ann members page. If anyone on here has it please let me know. Thanks

Look for the Z4C code on the door sticker to verify it is an actual 30th.

Thanks for the info. But thats one of the things that makes my leery of this car, The door sticker is gone and it just looks peiced together. He clames that its #1491 but he has not provided the interior badge yet. He "says" he removed it to to clean arond it but the console doesnt look like its ever had an emblem on it befor. Ive used every search engine and 30th anniversary website I can find and I have yet to find #1491 so it might just be a rough car. Ive thought about calling the pontiac historical division to see it they might be able to offer any info. Ill just have to continue my search. Thanks again

If he removed the badge from the console you would see TWO holes in the plastic from the posts on the back of the badge.

If there are no holes then its not a real 30th.

 

Id pass on that car, sounds REALLY shady.

Only one around here in Indy that I have seen ONCE. Bone stock and I think the guy plans to keep it that way. CLEAN car.
