Looks like a Formula Firehawk to me, ..., But try to keep it at $16.5k or less if ya can, so it's a good buy for ya, ...
Maybe it was something that was supposed to be, remember this was in mid 1998 when the cars weren't even released yet. This was a look at SLP's new generation. Maybe it was one of the things that never panned out, kind of like the fixed Firehawk headlights.
it just seems a tad unrealistic, that SLP wouldnt claim that or at least add it into there parts catalog, with all the other "uber l33t0 SLP m0dz" that they use on there glorified fbody's.

I've never heard about the hook-up thing before, & I've followed'em since the beginning.
Not saying it didn't happen tho, ...
I know the first years were tuners, but the late models kept the G.M.
tune.
