So what all does a "base" camaroe SS package include?

I jut got a 99 camaro and i beleive its the base model SS its got the hood and spoiler and wheels, but it handles incredibly, i mean WOW. Im guessing the tweaked the suspension some? What else did the SS get?

shocks/springs are same as Z28. Wheels/tires will play a role in the handling also due to shorter sidewall. IIRC though the base SSs got larger front sway bars. I don't remember if the back did. I could be completely wrong though, but I think I read that the SSs got a larger front bar...

Did all SS camaros have a dash plaque that said "Camaro SS" or was that something that the dealers would put on some. I'm asking because I see a few SS cars on ebay that have it, but some don't.

What he means is that it was an option on the SS - some SS cars have it some don't.
