Default firehawk centercap question

I just picked up a set of Firehawk Chrome wheels the 17x9 96-02 version. They are in very nice condition I looked at the centercap and they SLP lettering on them and not the firehawk emblem. On all the firehawks I thought it was this bird instead. Please explain what I have. Thanks.

SLP Firehawk style rims. These were sold to the general public. The center firehawk cap came on the firehawk cars only.Or the second option is the original owner replaced the firehawk centers.( Probably not)

That is how they come when you order them from SLP, as aftermarket pieces. When they are the origionals that came with the firehawk they have the SLP "bird of prey" emblem on the center caps.

Ok thanks and I kind of like the slp logo better than the bird of prey.
