I didn't bother saving my old parts, because I doubt there are many people who would put this one back to stock anyway.

If you plan on keeping the car for your whole life, mod the **** out of it and sell the stock parts.... if you think there is even a 1% chanve you may sell the car, mod it, and have a nice sized box of stock stuff to put back on when you sell it

If the car has more than 5K miles on it, collectors won't be interested in it anyways.
Mod the hell out of it, just don't do anything that could cause permanent damage or anything not easily reversible. Enjoy the car, and let someone else restore it later. Restored cars often sell for just as much (or more) than low mileage originals anyways. Just box up all the stock parts you remove from it.
