'97 WS6 Formula
With that said, A neighbor has a '97 WS6 Formula, which I have been admiring for the last year or so. Yesterday he came over and told me he had decided to sell the car. The good news is that because I routinely help him work on it, and installed some aftermarket modifications for him, he offered me the car for $4200. The price sounds really good, but I know very little, other than what I have read online, about the WS6 cars. I have however noticed that I see very few Formula WS6 cars in comparison to the number of WS6 Trans Ams I see. My only concerns at the moment are that the car is a automatic, and that it's a LT1 versus a LS1. Other than that, the car is is very good condition and the details are as follows:
Black '97 WS6 Coupe (no T-Tops)
103,400 miles
Chrome Stock Wheels
Hotchkis Springs, Sway Bars, and Strut Tower Brace
K&N Filter
Underdrive Pulleys
160 Degree Thermostat
Shortie Headers
CatBack Exhaust
Granatelli MAF
Other than a good cleaning, buffing, and a new set of tires, the car needs nothing. My question for the experts here are, what do you think about this deal, and what do I need to be aware of when buying a WS6 car, specifically a LT1?

Be aware that you're getting a killer deal on a sweet (and rare) WS6.

Being the owner of one myself (only 473 made),,,, yes, I would buy it now!
If you don't, I will.....

The only things I would add:
Adj FPR
Sub frame connectors
Injectors and Pump
