Quick WS6 question

A guy posted up pics of his 96 WS6 he just picked up but he had a regular firebird hood like this in his pics.

I questioned the hood and why he would remove it and I apparently become an "assclown" becuase in 1996 that is supposedly what the WS6 hood looked like. Ive always know the lt1 WS6 hoods to look like this . Is the other guy just a dumbass or did they put the other hood on ws6s

WS6 cars only came with the ram air hood

Yes, the other guy is a dumbass. The hood was part of the WS6 package. Have him show you RPO code WS6 on the door.

Just to through a stone in the water. There is also the LT1 Firehawk Hood which looks like this.
