While it is true that Dick wasn't in on the design of these cars since he died in September of 1971, but his daughter and the remaining members of his racing team was. See photo below of the unveiling of the prototype along with Valerie and the remaining living members of the Dick Harrell Racing team along with Matt Murphy, owner of GMMG and Mike Carnahan formerly of GMMG now owner of Vengence Racing.
Also, if this is a fraud, why do they show the information on these cars on the Dick Harrell website?

I'd like to JD but something has to go. I've got the ZL1 stored somewhere else and a Viper on the way. Something has to go so I've got to go with the LIFO rule.

A little bird told me the car will be gone by Thurs. or Fri. Somebody will have fun with it. I think Matt will install an LS7 in it and make it really unique. Don't know for sure, but I think he will. But even as it is it is one of the quickest A4s I've ever driven.

Ron/Mike - I spent about 45 min. on the phone with Arias yesterday. They want to see a hemi Chev. in the SE. They will work with you on a BB and have heads for the LSX in the planning stage.
Youse guys got a better plan?? How can you beat popping the hood on a CatfiSSh and eye ******* a giant pair of hemi heads??? You can't! And, yeah, we can race it. Solid roller of course.
