Year One Formula

Anyone see this months GMHTP? It looks pretty badass. And with 455hp (425whp) outta the box i wonder what they are charging.

Only thing i didn't like is that they keep the 10bolt w/ 3.73's

When did it come out? I have a subscription to GMHPT but they havent sent me anything for a while other than a notice to renew, but I subscribed in Febuary. Sounds like an awsome car though.

I got it yesterday in the mail.

The Formula keeps the small wing but uses the T/A hood too. It's made to be a competent road race/track/DD car.

455 at the crank is not 425 rwhp. I did see it, but not read it yet.

HAHAHA i figured that but thats what it says in the acrticle. It looked wrong looking at it, only a 30hp loss to drivetrain?

The sticker price was around $36k for Stage 1 and $40k for stage 2....like most of the other GMMG cars. And I'd say the 3.73's were maintained since Pat drives the car a good bit and on long trips for Year One.

Stage 2 cars are putting down around those numbers with the new packages.
