LS6 Short Block???????????

LS6 Short Block??????????? I have a 2002 WS6 and heard that a few of the LS1 cars this year had an LS6 short block. I even read this in GM High Performance. Can anyone back this up? I have the stamped number off my engine, so who do I contact to find out for sure??

the short of it is, some 01 and 02's got the ls6 block. no Hp gains from it. Bad Blue is right on the #. it was a hit and miss with no ryme or reason as to which cars got it. Like I said, no real bouns from having it other than braging rights
