Default CETA Question...
So I had someone point out to me that my "CETA" is a bit different than most other CETAs....and now I'm a bit nervous/anxious because of it. I originally posted a thread over on the CFb forums about a strip of line-x bedliner type material that is on my bumper. I thought this was a stock feature and thought nothing of it, but someone pointed me to look at other CETAs and this is not on any others. Also -- the WS6 badge on my firebird is reddish like the tail lights and NOT carbon black like someone said it should be. Take a look, please post thoughts/comments. I'm a bit confused right now...

Ive never seen that on any CETA before, might want to start checking VIN's lol.

yea, only the bottom section under the crease is supposed to be black, looks like somebody painted it and screwed up big time!

Maybe someone damaged it somehow & that was the quickest & easiest way to hide it?
Not standard that's for sure, ...

Yeah the emblem is wrong and the bumper was never painted like that from the factory

Okay Im not too worried, checked everything out, my cars not a fake (lol) and it looks like it was just a love-tap w/ some repairs. The badge was either a) stolen or b) damaged and replaced with the cheaper red WS6 badge. The black rhino strip is probably covering up some kinda scuff marks or something along that lines. But honestly -- I don't mind, it kinda makes my car a little bit more unique.

No, it makes it look odd because it's not suppose to be that way & it doesn't even blend well with the ends, ...


I'd fix it if it were mine.
