i found a navy blue metallic firehawk convertible 13kmiles for 14k its a a4 and the deal i couldnt figure out was that it said trans am on the rear tail light piece but had the firebird spoiler the convertibel top was tan and it really didnt say firehawk everywhere just on the doors and floor mats and one badge on the console. painted rims and firehawk tires and firehawk hood the interior was the same color as the top.

check the rpo codes on the door.
look for wu6 if I remember right.
the low spoiler is correct for a convert.

What year is it....something sounds fishy..salvage title maybe?

Firehawk should appear on the console with a little badge, on the lower parts of the doors, and on the back of the car.

from the sounds of the parts you listed, id say its the real deal, and at a very good price too! if you look under the car and it has stainless steel exhaust, then its a pretty safe bet that its a hawk, cause GM didnt use stainless on their systems. also look at the nose where the hood meets up to it, and see if it looks as if it has been trimmed. should also have a nose plaque with the hawk logo on it, and the hood should line up to that, not the nose itself. a firehawk hood will not fit on a TA or formula with a stock nose unless the nose was trimmed from the back side (just one more thing SLP did to them). however there is the raptor style hood available in the aftermarket that will. also the airbox lid should be different than that of a WS6 firebird or TA.
