quick question on the title should my SS say z28/SS or z28 or SS? i'm just curious because mine just says z28.
however..on my door it says WU8 and i bought the car off of someone on here and it's build number is #0805. i'm just curious as to if it is real or not.

well i was trying to sell it to some guy and he was trying to tell me how we owned a dealership and all the ones he has messed with, on the title it says SS so i was a little skeptical
Seems what the title says is pretty ambiguous. I bought my '00 Lincoln LS and the title I received from the DEALERSHIP said the MFR was "FORD". Didn't think anything of it being my first FoMoCo car (and last thank God), but later when stopped by the popo was told I had an "invalid registration" since my car was NOT a "Ford". 
3 visits to the BMV later (~ 5 hrs of wasted time) I got the title changed to read "LINC" as the MFR. Obviously, the only thing cast in stone on a title is the VIN#.

like Xsta Z said, it will say Z28 because that was what the car was when it left the factory. The WU8 code will let anyone know, who knows what they're looking for, that its a SS. Mine does not say SS on the title so dont worry about it. Just point out the RPO and if they question it, tell them to F off and stop wasting your time.
