Two Tone Paint Question Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I don't think many were painted like this. But I was wondering if my car's two tone paint job is stock or if the guy before me did it. If it is stock, how rare is it? How do I find out? Thanks in advance.

Looks like yours is a hardtop. Google images show a bunch of Lt1 Z28 hardtops with black roofs, B pillar and mirrors. I believe being painted or not was just an option from the factory. The fact that you have a hardtop Z28 makes it more "rare" compared to all of those with T-tops. But enjoy your car regardless!

From the Camaro White Book, I see:
There were a total of 60,180 1997 Camaros built . . .
Of that there were 17,955 Coupe & T-Top Z28 and SS Camaros . .
Of that, 14,172 were ordered with the D82 body colored roofs.
So that, leaves
3,783 Z28 and SS Camaros with black roofs.
IF I am doing my math correctly and reading this book correctly . . .
