Phone Problems
Phone Problems Well it looks like the T1 line for our phone system is down. We are not sure how long they will be down but we hope not long. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. I'll post back with any updates.

Niiiice! Phone troubles. Just what I like to hear.
Just for the heck of it, why don't you have 2 POTS analog lines so when the T1 is down the POTS lines will kick in and you'll eliminate any downtime.

Oh, by the way. You can test with the central office. If your T1 is wired into an RJ-48X jack you can perform a loop back test with your equipment plugged in and without to find out whats causing the issue. A DSU/CSU would be even better.
