They are direct bolt ons. In my opinion they are better than the Crane or Comps as they do not use old scool guild plates why add old technology to your high performance late model motor? And they fit under the valve covers on all 99-05 and the 97-98 with a little grinding of the covers.

I bought a set of these thru one of Nate's earlier GP Buys - they are so nice I hated to hide them under the valve covers!
Harland Sharp is a very reputable company that has been in business for a long time. These are high quality rockers - no grinding was needed on my 2K WS6
