I have read of a few people having the c-clip breaking:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-internal-engine/251973-emergency-rockers-help-asap.html

Nate, do we need to do anything to inspect these to make sure the ones you just sold do not have this problem. I am installing mine soon and just want to make sure these do not come apart.

Thanks,
Bill

Wish I could tell ou there is no way of knowing which ones had the bad clips. First it was very few and it was a while back(year ago) just now showing up and of corse has been fixed. Second the clips are there for a just in case and hold nothing down. I have sold and installed hundreds of these and have personally seen 3 with a problem. Harland is by far the best company I have had the liberty to do business with and the only one to stand behind a race part 100%. That says a lot for a company.

Thanks Nate

Has anyone on this GP been able to confirm Nates comments above? I'm finally in the middle of my install and kind of riding the fence as to whether I'll re-install the stockers, or put these on...

Well, I'm almost ready to install them, FINALLY gettin' everything together for my H/C install. I gotta say though that when it comes time to bolt the rockers on my PRC heads I'll probably have some second thoughts like you. But, at this point I do plan on using them.

Nate,

How would these do on on my 402ci LS2 stroker? LQ9 heads and looking at some pretty big cam options.

89FormulaLS2-They are a great option for your setup. E-mail me for best pricing.

Guys I have not seen a single issue from anyone on these in months. Harland Sharp is great at taking care of anything that will come up.

Thanks Nate

Nate, can you shoot me an email or PM with install instructions, there wasn't anything included with the product...and even though I did search quite a few times, there are many many different opinions on how to install...I figured, since you've installed the most, let me know, thanks! Scott

They are pretty much a direct bolton and should require nothing to add them. Just double check you preload is about 1/2 to a full turn til tight and your good to go.

So a 1/2 to a full turn past finger tight should yeild 22ft-lbs on your torque wrench? Is that how you verify pre-load?
