Just got 15 sets. Some are already milled .024" , some are not. I can custom mill them more if needed.
The 225's are about 72CC. I think I have 3 sets of those left.

how exactly does an "as cast" set differ from the typical AFR head you purchase?

 

As cast is a blank casting that is machined for guides, bolt holes, surface, etc. The ports are not CNC ported and they have no valves etc. These are to be ported by whoever purchases them. We port our own and have a 245CC poert for big motors. These are the heads I run on my 441 CID motor.
The regular 205 and 225 are fully ported and have springs, valves etc. already installed. They are ready to bolt on right out of the box.
