Edit: Just saw site and answered my question.

 

How about some pricing for some autometer gauges 2 1/16:
boost w/ vacuum, a/f, and electric fuel pressure (ultralite and cobalt series) and some ngk tr6's.

No sale on the gauges but you can save $ by placing your order online. The LS1 gauges section of the site lists these all of these.

How much is the shipping & handling charge on a Strange 12 bolt rear?

 

The Strange rears are shipped freight collect. A rough idea on shipping to MD is about $150. The trucking company would contact you a day or two ahead of time to set up the delivery.
