my buddy has a 00 firebird and everything he turns on the foglights the headlights pop up the lights don't come i know some one has to have had this problem any help would be good.

Is one of his headlight gears/motor going? You can usually tell one of them is if when he shuts the headlights off, a weird loud grinding sound occurs. If that's the case, just either search or check the lighting FAQ in the appearance sticky, i think it addresses it there.
