Default Power Cable - Radio Signal

Guys

I know that running your power cable next to speaker wire can result in the speakers picking up some unwanted interferance from that cable. Can the same thing happen with the signal coming from the radio attenna if it is run next to the power cable?

Also, what are options for shielding that power cable so that it does not interfear with everything else? I already have a thick plastic sheathing around the cable (which comes with a thin plastic covering) and this is not cutting it. Thanks

note: the power cable runs next to the passenger side seat and back to my battery relocation.
