Default different sized stealth boxes

I wanted to make my own fiberglass stealth boxes, but I am worried that the drivers side and the passenger side will be different sizes. Will the different volume make the system sound funny?

Just measure the interior volume of the drivers side, then add blocks of wood to take up room in the passanger side to make the airspace equal. Packing peanuts are a great way to figure the internal airspace of an odd shaped enclosure.

Stay away from bondo brand. I would go to any boat supply shop. When we use it at work, we go to a place called advanced plastics that specializes in plastic and fiberglass materials.
