Default internal antenna

i've seen a bunch of them on the c5 vettes. they look good without the nubb or the full blown antenna. now on the ss, how hard would it be? where could i put it to still get a good signal? and then fill the whole and paint it would be a basic body shop type thing.

I did it on my old 87 Trans Am... The internal antenna I used was decent but IMO the aerial works much better... Looked sweet without an antenna tho...
