Default Weird Problem with Audio

I have 2 Diamond Audio ten inch subs, a Jbl amo, and a Kenwood headunit.
When I have a CD in the headunit and when I scroll from one song to the next, I can hear the subwoofers "thump" multi continuous times until the song starts playing. It does this every time but only when I am using CD mode. Has anybody had this problem or any thoughts on what might be wrong?

I have tried to make sure everything is hooked up right, good grounds, changed out headunits, I cant think of anything else.

The subwoofer also "pops" when I press the buttons to roll up the windows, which lead me to believe wires were touching somewhere ut I cant find anything anywhere.

Any Ideas?

Its the RCA's. You need to add a shielding ground. Rather simple fix really...
