Guage fuse burns out instantly as soon as fuse makes contact. Please help

Just like the title says guys, car is a 2000 SS with 40k miles the problem came out of nowhere and progressively got worse until now. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the guage circuit or know where I can find one?
