Default rear speaker removal 98 z
just wonderin to get the rear speakers out do you have to remove the whole back panel? or does just the cover over the speaker come off

Cover can pop out, but they are rivoted in. Might as well take the assembly out and do it right.

so i take it you cant get to the rivots just by taking the cover off

took mine out today.... you have to take the assembly out. The speaker is locked in and you have to twist it to get it out.
