Default No dash back lighting after installing HUmount and new stereo

I'm not sure what went wrong. I wired up a HUmount and new Kenwood stereo in my 1999 Trans Am. After wiring everything, I tested it before placing the mount and radio in the dash and screwing it into place. Everything worked fine when I tested it. However, after placing it into the dash and turning on the car, all of my interior backlighting on the dash gauges, headlight switch, and HVAC, and HUmount stopped working. The radio, dome/mirror lights, and even the small dash LED lights (seatbelt indicator, check gauges light, oil change, etc.) still work. What could have gone wrong when I placed the radio/humount into the dash? Everything worked fine until that point. Any ideas on how to fix the problem?

Do your tail lights, parking lights, and fog lights still work?

Actually I think I fixed it. Rewired part of it that was affecting the dimmer fuse.
