Default No Horn if running P1SC Procharged Trans Am?

I was told by the previous owner my horn had to be removed in order to put the Procharger with dual intercoolers. Is that true? It makes sense that you may have to move it but not get rid of it. Is there any easy and cheap way to get it back in there, just in a different location?
Just got the car and that was the one thing I wasn't told and kind of confused about since I am just getting into the heavy modded car scene (had an '05 GTO with basic bolt-ons but that's it).

Thanks for any input/advice (I know one piece of advice will be to use engine noise ha)
