Talking 2000 formula where da hell is R.A.P

Due to much info. i have inaccurately not found the retained accessory power relay and it bothers me. any picture or guidance will help. i'm trying to figure out why wipers are not working.i replaced the wiper stalk with new one but nothing. so i just made my own connection to wiper motor but i wanna fix the right way.

The RAP circuit is in the Body Control Module (BCM) which is mounted to the HVAC box behind the glove box. But RAP only powers the radio and windows and is not related to the wipers in any way.

I assume you have tested the WIPER/WASH fuse (25A #14)? Never rely on a visual inspection of a fuse - it can be blown and still look fine (especially 20 year old fuses). Always test with a fuse tester or multimeter or replace with a known good fuse.
