Default Car Not Starting

So my 2001 Z28 has always had the security light on, assuming because of VATS, but today it finally decided to not want to start. It started up, but when I put it into overdrive, it shut off and wouldn't start. I don't get dash lights, headlights, radio, anything. I'm going to do the VATS bypass tomorrow to see if that helps, but if that doesn't work, what could be the problem? I also attempted to jump it, but I still got nothing.

Not a problem, glad to help. Do the VATS bypass and report back.

You should add a smiley when you are joking or being sarcastic. The OP might think you are serious that VATS could cause complete loss of power.

Sorry guys I was really irritated, it ended up just being a faulty connection between the battery and the terminal which was located in the battery itself. So I just bought a new battery and bypassed VATS in the process. So overall it was successful because I now don't have any dash lights on
