Default Front speakers

2002 Firebird w/monsoon and stock head unit and amp for now.

thinking about these for the front doors:

Anyone installed these or any thoughts.

Looking at these also a little more $ : (non-sponsor link removed)
Later for the sail panels I was going to go with the Bazooka's

I went with a very similar setup, bazookas in the sail and something comparable to what your looking at for the front. I can't exactly remember what I put in front, but was very happy with the sound and clarity with the stock amp and head unit

Looking at 6.5 component speakers either, Alpine, JVC or Kenwood. One difference I have noticed is all of these are 4 ohm and the existing speakers are 2 ohm for the mid and 4 ohm for the tweeters. After reading the sticky above by WhiteBird00 I think that will work.

I put 4 ohm in my doors and they sound just fine, I think they were around $130/ pair
Pretty much what your looking at for the doors
