Upgrade my speakers from Monsoon Sound system
2002 Camaro Z28
I've been trying to figure out what speakers should I get for Camaro but I can't decide. So I figure I'd ask to see what other people you.
What speakers should I get for my Door Panel, Sails, and Hatch speakers ?
I don't want to get Kees because there really expensive.

Started down that route a few years ago on my 02 WS6 and quickly realized I was money and sound quality ahead to just rip out ll the monsoon crap and replace it with JL Audio. You'll either need to overpay for replacement speakers or redo your entire system.
I went with 6.5 components in the front doors, 6.5 co axials behind the seats and a box with a 12" sub and 2 6x9s behind the back seat. A 250W 1 Ch pushing the sub and a 300W 4 Ch pushing the speakers. Both amps are the JL slash series.
I've since disconnected the speakers behind the front seats and couldn't be happier with the clean sound.
