Default Sailpanel Subwoofers

Does anyone know why my sailpanel subwoofers barely make any noise? I have the 6.5 Bazookas in there from Kee Audio. They do make noise, but barely noticeable.

wired correctly? if the positive and negative are connected properly on one coil and backward on the other they could do that.

As Daniel said check the polarity, if its wrong it will be out of phase...basically the speakers are cancelling each other's sound.
