Can anyone tell me the part number for the CD changer for a 1996 Camaro?
My car had the cassette deck in it and the previous owner replaced it and threw out the CD changer in the hatch.

I just need to know the part number for that particular year as I believe they changed them up over the 93-02 years.

There was no factory CD changer in 93-96 Camaros. If you have a Bose system, the factory subwoofer was installed in the cubby on the left side hatch area.

My old 96 Camaro had a Delco CD changer in it when I bought it that worked with the Bose stuff. It was a piece of crap.

There is no listing of an external CD changer in the GM parts catalog for 93-96 nor is there an RPO code for it. The 97-02 RPO code is U1S and the part number is 25678544.
