Default alternator options

So i have a TT kit from huron on my fbody. And the derale fans i have draw way too many amps so I need something to upgrade the current alternator I have. My voltage sits close the red portion of the gauge, around 12 volts.

I was looking into the kg3 145 amp truck alternator BUT it seems like it is too big and it will not clear the front facing manifold.

Any other options out there that retain the same alternator size or a bit smaller than truck alternator while still maintaining a high amp rating ?

Call around to local alternator shops. Often time's they can just rebuild yours with higher output. That's what I'm doing with mine. They said that the Corvette and Fbody alternators tend to have outputs around 190-200A max because of the casing being fairly small. Costs $85 to have it rebuilt.
