Default Fog Lights:

how do i get to the fog light bulbs to change them on a 98-02 tranny? do I have to take the whole fixture out to get to the bulb inside? thnx.

I was able to change one of mine by going in from underneath the hood. You can barely see them, but with some reaching and feeling around, you can get to them. The only thing you have to be careful with is putting the new one in. It's a halogen bulb that doesn't like to be touched. Use a paper towel or something. It's not to bad....

I went through the top in front of the washer fluid rez. It is easier if you turn the headlights on. It gives you more room to stick your hand down there. Turn the fog lights off, though, of course.

did mine from the top also. i used a piece of a plastic bag si i didn't touch the bulb. i cut up my arm, id suggest long sleeves

I went from the top also, I turned on my driving lights for a bit, my passenger light was stuck and it heated up enough to get it to twist. obviously turn them off before replacing the bulb
