Default monsoon wont eject cd!!!!!!!!

like the title says i cant eject the cd that is in my monsoon hu. When i press the button it makes the little click noise but it wont eject Any ideas?

Do this at your own risk. I have had that happen before. I just got mad and hit it once or twice, not too hard. Kinda like a few good thumps while pressing eject. I know it sound primal, but you might jar it just enough to spit out your CD.

that was damn funny but I have ejected a CD that way as well.

Sometimes it will try to spit my cd out, but it will only move it about 1/4 an inch towards coming out. Usually I can stuff it back in using another cd and hit eject again. Maybe yours is doing the same, except it's not moving th cd as far out as mine is.
Aftermarket cd players are good, but remember that you get what you pay for. Oh, and I don't recommend JVC. They sent me the wrong paperwork in the box (warrantee stuff, etc), and are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Screw JVC.

I'd try getting some electronic contact cleaner from Radio Shack. Spray down the slot really good (with the power OFF, of course), wait a bit, then try ejecting the CD.
