12 disc changer compatable i've read in a (C5) corvette forum that these Rockford fosgate HU's:

RFX-8030

CAN work with our GM changers can anyone verify?

Not in an f-body. The changer in a 'Vette is different but I still would doubt that the combination would work. It would be an amazing coincidence that a factory changer made for GM by Pioneer would work with another company's head unit - it doesn't even work with Pioneer head units.
