I have recently installed a new head unit in my 99' camaro, and only the back 2 speakers work. None of the wires on any of the speakers match what is connected to the head unit. I was told that most of these cars had a factory amp. I have tore this car apart looking for the amp but cannot find the unit. Would anyone have an idea of the location? Or if possible a wiring diagram so I could pipe into this amp. I would rather use the amp rather than run new wires all over the car. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

All of your questions (including the amp connector pinout) are answered in the Monsoon FAQ sticky at the top of the forum. There's even a photo showing the location of the factory amp.
