Cammed WS6 vs. pullied Lightning
We got a couple runs in where there were some misunderstandings about starting and other assorted bullshit, then finally got a clean 45 roll in. I honked 3 times and gave him the hit. He got out about a 1/2 car, and by the time I hit 3rd I started to walk past him. He said his torque converter locked up and he couldn't get out of 3rd gear, which explains why he faded so fast. I was definitely surprised.. those things hold strong through the lower gears. Very impressive for a truck.
His mods - 6 lb pulley, CAI, exhaust, tune.. maybe some other minor **** that I'm forgetting. Said he put down 375 ~HP/485 ~TQ.
My mods - Dominator 2 cam, lid, LTs, duals, JAAM ram air, dyno tune. No spray.

BTW.. it wasn't a false start. If I honk I try to give the other guy the hit. As I said, his torque converter locked at the top of 3rd so he faded fast.
