I say a Vig or a Yank should do the job for the level of competition you seem to be coming up against, oh and a nice set of DR's like some ET Streets on a stock wheel for the street racing nights

or you can spray a nice shot, maybe a 125-150, but then there's the bottle refilling, warming, etc. to deal with... unless you're planning on running deep into the 11's you could just run a set up like mine. I love my set up because it's very simple and even on street tires it's 12.6 all day, fools alot of people keeping stock exhaust and what not, no cam, idles stock, absolutely no worries for longevity/driveability and a simple switch back to stock if you wanted.
