well that was interesting....... so I go out lookin for this 11 sec honduh tonight, (I'm in my carb'd c4 800cfm, high rise, fast burn heads, cam, 350 w/4000 stall, 375 gears, 5" cowl hood, and some other ****), and I find him, he dosent have his bottle so he's probably doin 13's, I get to the starting line and he's lining up against another dooper, I'm about 8 cars back and I'm doin a burnout, I see them get flaged and launch, right when I see them go I let off the line lock and roll out of the burnout trying to get traction, I hook up and by the time I hit 2nd I wuz gaining, got it into third and started to pass the slower guy, and wuz right on the *** of that "11sec" honduh, I wuz chopping on and off the throttle az to not ream his ***, we get around the turn and I stop next to him, he dosent want to race, after a long time waiting he said he would but then didnt end up wanting to race, what a puss! not to mention after that all the doopers came over and thought I had nos, wanting to see my engine and ****, I willingly showed them, and laughing when they were saying I had nos, they couldnt figure out how I could have embarrased him that badly, I said to a crowd of stunned ricers "four extra cylinders maybee?", I gave them all a hard time cause they allways talk **** about v8's, but sure made them look stupid tonight!

Sometimes I think import drivers are really just clueless. There was a kid in my town with a 97 Eclipse GS-T, he worked on his car and he wasn't really a ricer, but he knew nothing about domestic cars. He had no idea that American v8s had broken 240 horsepower. I guess he was stuck back in the late 80's with the L98.
And just the other day at work, a kid with a brand new Mazdaspeed Protege comes up to me, and he's like "Wow your car sounds nasty, how many horses is that stock?" When I said 275, he was like "Really? I didn't know they were that powerful." I guess they just don't do their homework.

Re: well that was interesting....... ok, so the guy wants to go for 2k, he said in a few weeks, he's probably going to get a bullet proof bottom end w/nos of corse, I told him I'd race him in my camaro, I need to order my 12 bolt tomorrow!, w/ the juice (150)I should be pushin about 5 bills to the wheels, when I get the rear end I'm going to install the mcleod dual disc that's been sitting on my shelf for a couple years, my drag radials should grab, I think that'll put me in the mid 11's, but on the street it should be able to rip him a new one, what do u think?

Re: well that was interesting....... Its because super street and sport compact magazine feed all these kids so many lies that they dont know any better. Yesterday I swear to God one of these rice magazines said a supra witha turbo upgrade ran deep into the 9's...haha

Re: well that was interesting....... u could get a supra in2 the 9s with just a turbo upgrade, but with a turbo that big and nothing else, u would only run once before it went

Re: well that was interesting....... that supra is fully built and on the bottle as well. He has a lot more done than just a bottle...50 lbs of boost I heard but not sure if it true.
