Yeah, don't manually shift the auto my man. It WILL result in the purchase of a rebuild.

Just leave it in drive.

If that Superchips programmer will let you, just change the shift points with that and keep it in D or OD while you are out there cruising.

If not, I suggest getting a HPTuner or EFILive. With my HPTuners, I've got the transmission set up to where I couldn't possibly manually control it better than the computer. Downshifts are instant when I reach about 75% throttle and it holds each gear to exactly where I want it to shift, then BAM. Perfect shift.

def looked like a 75 shot that he didn't hit untill the 3rd run...hard to tell tho...coulda just been in the right gear that time

Nice runs.

He could have sprayed on the last run but he probably had low bottle pressure (based on how you started reeling him back in). With nitrous, everything has to be right to get the full effect. With low bottle pressure a 100 shot could feel/act like a 35 shot.
