Default Fun with a Terminator

I went to the store and was on my home home. I spot a grey Cobra. I catch up and it sounds pretty nice. No extra whine though so I'm guessing it just had an aftermarket exhaust.
The road clears like it was meant to be. I drop into 2nd and I hear him shift down and he punches it. I lay into mine and I jump out about a car having to feather it because it wasn't hooking and I'm sure he was having the same issues, probably worse. I shut it down when I saw him get out of it. I was doing about 110 with two cars between us.
We tried a couple of more runs but neither of us could hook up, its pretty cold out. Maybe we will cross paths again when the weather is nicer. He rolled down his window and I had to open my door, my window motor quit, and we exchanged pleasantries and went on our way. It was fun but I imagine on a better day he would of gotten me but today the old LS6 prevailed. He was a really cool guy and it was pretty fun. Now I get to fix my window motor, again. O-well.

Good kill on the window motor I killed one myself And sounds like you had a good kill on a nice car. Wish they could all be that way.

Dont LS-6's dyno 20-40rwhp more than LS-1's. And I was curious cuz a Vette is way lighter than an F-Body.

Man, i always thought it was a difference in heads/cam/intake. I guess all those guys are just throwing money away by getting casting #243 heads.

According to you though, there's no difference in an 02 ls1 and an 02 ls6, seeing as how they got ls6 intakes in 01-02

You mean LS6's are overrated? Aren't LS6's rated at 405 hp. and LS1's are rated all the way up to 350 hp.?
