Congrats on selling the car. And you shouldn't call people names Wesman. What if I was retarded? Plus legit members don't get sent to timeout for being naughty. You should probably rethink your definition of the word. Also big congrats on being an Evo aficionado. We'll all just send our Evo-related questions to you from now on.

As usual you're a retard.
I haven't had that car for 3 years. Look at the date of the post.
You really need to get a life, you are beyond pathetic.
If you were a legit member who posted anywhere besides the Street racing section, you would have seen my car. You are nothing more a a ricer troll though, hence why you don't have the slightest clue.

Never seen one trap 104MPH bone stock. Why?? Because it doesn't happen. And if it does, thats very rare. You don't get a 3400lb car to run 104MPH in the 1/4 mile with a turbo-lag impaired, 230WHP 4 cylinder.

Using your source, this article says the 98 TA runs 13.4. Is that the best time a stock TA has ever run since MT says it went 13.4?
So, can I say definitively that a stock EVO is quicker than a stock TA in the 1/4 mile? I mean...according to your "source," it is. I just want to hear you say it. Or will you bring that old tired argument that it's all because the EVO is AWD and if it wasn't, it would have been slower?

Keep in mind that turbo lag isnt as much of a handicap at the drag strip as it is on the highway, and even then it can be easily handled with a little break boosting.

He got up next to me and we slowed to 40ish, honked 3 times (I barely heard the last one but by then it was too late) he rolled out from the hit and grabbed like 2 cars and held it there till we shut down around 120-130.
No offense to the OP, but I don't understand why people keep racing when they don't take off at the same time. If you don't hear the last honk or if the other guy takes off to soon, don't go. The other driver will notice and either stop or continue to go. Unless you know for sure that you can win, it make no sense to try.
Nice runs anyway.
On the side note, you can't compare cars at different tracks and different states, and different temps. etc. etc.
