Yeah well, we can all say our gts will run 12s with all the little bolt ons, then are shocked when we hit the track. "What, 13.5, this cant be happening!!!"
whatever.
btw, your girlfriend's ride has zero bearing on your coolness. In fact, if your girlfriend can beat you, that is kinda sad.

Hell ask jetblack98z, him and I both know a guy with a 5 speed GT with 4.10 gears and a few bolt ons and it easily runs low 13's and beats the ocassional LS1. The GT's are alot slower from the factory, but can be made fast just like any other car, with the right mods. My girlfriend does have a 98 T/A vert. so I'm not a total troll. I was just looking for to have some fun with steve-o. I know that's GT's are slow, but hey you can give us a little more credit than that. What do you expect with only 4.6L of displacement.

Your one hell of a bench racer. "I really think with all those mods I could get really close to high 12s". Your an idiot. What you think doens't matter worth a ****. Run your car at the track before you make any proclamations on waht you run.

GTs do not make as good of power as a motor with more cubic inches per mod. More cubic inches = better power per mod ratio.

Using the displacement argument is such a typical-mustang-ricer-owner thing to do. I'd expect nothing less We need more people like Justin (evilstang) and Tit Bar on this site, and less stupid trolls who think their mild-bolton Mustangs run 12s.

Btw guys, I saw a blown LT1 run a 9.xx the other day... I bet I'm in 9s with my mods now!!!

damone z28: this kid thinks because his 99 GT has a 3200 stall and nittos, 4.10s, intake, pulleys, chip, hpipe and catback that he'll go 12s
TJs 98 GT: yeah ok, does he wear thongs too?

This is from an AIM convo with my best friend. As the SN suggests, he drives a 1998 Mustang GT

Who ever said I thought that I was cool because my girlfriend had a T/A. Actually I ran it at the track and it runs a 13.8 just like my car does. So quit making ignorant comments before you know the facts. And damn if i can only get 3 tenths less with a 3200 stall and 4.10 gears I might as well sell my car. I know 99% percent of LS1's are faster than my car, thats why what I posted was suppose to be a joke and many of you are not taking it as that.

Who ever said that I was argued about displacement. I admitted that there is no replacement for displacement and that is why the 4.6 is slower.

This thread was a waste of time. Can a moderator please refund me the five minutes of my time I wasted reading about a fake race with pretend mods on a slow car?

I guess 3 tenths slower than your car qualifies me as a slow car. Damn you guys are really harsh and most have something against mustangs.

First of all my car can definately do better then the 13.5 I got in it on my first run ever down a track. My 60' time could have been better and that time was on a hot and humid 90 degrees in august. Since the track I used closes in august for the season I'll have to wait till march for a better time. But regardless of that I consider anything in the 13's slow, my car included. I won't even consider my car fast until I hit 12's in it. So even if I hit a 13.2 this spring (which is my set goal for a cool day and 2.0 quick time) I will still consider my car slow.

But I didn't come here and make up stories about a car I didn't beat using mods I don't have and pulling timeslips that don't exist. Sorry if that sounds harsh but when you admitted not having the mods or the timeslips you earlier claimed to have then this whole thread was based on lies which is pretty lame. The GT is a 14 second stock car that doesn't take as well to mods as cobras and LS1's do. If you can afford a different car it might be worth switching and if not then get the mods you can afford and be happy with your results. But next time you post in the kill section just be honest and tell us about a real kill or a real death. I'll respect you win or lose if you tell it as it really happened.

Good luck with your modding.

It's nothing against the mustangs, but there's definitly something against the bench racing rice boy behind the wheel! And yes, your car IS slow. Look at my sig. That's STOCK, jerky. There's guys on this board who are way faster than you and I. You don't come into a forum, unknown, and start making your ricer comments and walk away unscathed. KNOW YOUR ROLL, TROLL!
Make some real kills, post, and establish yourself. Then maybe you can attempt to climb out of the hole you've dug yourself into.

Thanks. I've been around for a few months but my first two accounts here got screwed up. So I'm on handle name number three and hopefully the last. It's a great site here at ls1tech and I was fortunate enough to have bullitt mention me by name once before he got banned for calling his car ugly (I felt so privilaged he acknowledged me but I unfortunately didn't get in his signature).

Oh well, maybe bullitt will come back under another IP address and give me a shot at his signature lol. Glad to be here.

Ouch ... you guys are really harsh.

Oh well.

Brandon you just might take this as a small lesson. Most of us have no probs with ferds ... and there are a handful of cool ferd guys on here. But we are constantly plagued by ******* stang guys who run on here and say "MY CAR IS FAST", start some ****, then run away. It gets very annoying after awhile, which is why everyone here might be alil edgy. We have no problem with stang guys, but we do seem to have issues with bench racing, random argueing about nothing, and most of all ... one smiley face with no writing posts. Hehe

Try to stay away from those things and you'll fit right in here.

my bronco is fast but what do i know right it is a ferd, and im sure in a few more runs on nitrous, it will look like SM's sig. im j/k phantom. good ford guy examples on this board are evil stang, TIT BAR, Me, Unit 213, SM (if you want to count the explorer) and a few others.

Brando, just next time watch what you post and dont let your *** talk for your brain. glad to see you are on the board!

I didn't come here to try and make up crap about my car and say that i have mods that I don't have. I'm not trying to fool anyone, you all are smarter than that. I just came here to joke around and have fun with my friend jetblack98z.
